FR Members - 1 Hour Session

As a Fitness Revolution Member, you know your body works hard during your weekly workouts - give it a boost with therapeutic massage to revive strained muscles, lengthen muscle fibers and work out any small knots that keep you from peak performance. Our one hour full-body massage includes intake, evaluation, choice of techniques and focus areas as well as standard Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point and integrative techniques. Your massage is customized based on your needs. Clients should expect 50 minutes on the table.

Kinesio Taping - 1/2 Hour Session

Kinesio Tape can help with inflammation, especially tendonitis, bursitis and plantar fasciitis. This session consisted of consultation, tissue assessment, massage of associated muscles and Kinesio taping application as needed. The Kinesio tape is kept on the skin for 3-5 days. You can shower, swim and work out with it. Unlike compression sleeves, the tape allows for full range of motion as it provides continuous therapay.
